Acceptable use

Linxocial exists for adults seeking genuine connection. This policy applies to every member, on every membership tier, everywhere on our platform. By using Linxocial, you agree to it in full.

Who may use Linxocial

You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18, or created on behalf of someone under 18, are removed immediately.

What we remove immediately

The following result in immediate and permanent removal, and are reported to law enforcement where the law requires or permits:

• Human trafficking or exploitation of any kind, including recruiting, advertising, or arranging it.
• Any sexual content involving a minor, or any attempt to contact, solicit, or endanger a minor. We report this to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
• Prostitution, escorting, or paid companionship, including offering or requesting money, gifts, travel, or financial support in exchange for dates, intimacy, or company.
• Pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material, whether in profiles, photos, messages, or links.
• Intimate images shared without consent, including creating, sharing, or threatening to share sexual or intimate images of any person without their permission, whether real, altered, or generated by artificial intelligence.
• Threats, violence, stalking, or sexual harassment toward any person, on or off the platform.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Linxocial to:

• Break any law, or help anyone else do so.
• Ask another member for money, loans, gifts, investments, or financial information, for any reason.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, or intentions, or impersonate another person.
• Use photos, video, or voice generated or altered by artificial intelligence to pass yourself off as someone you are not.
• Create a profile for anyone other than yourself, or hold more than one account.
• Harass, demean, or discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, religion, gender, orientation, disability, national origin, or age.
• Share another person’s private information, photos, or messages without their consent.
• Advertise, sell, recruit, or promote any product, service, or other website.
• Use bots, scripts, or scraping tools, or interfere with the platform’s security.

How we enforce this

We review reports and monitor for violations. Depending on severity, we may remove content, suspend an account, or ban a member permanently. Members removed for violating this policy are not entitled to a refund, to the extent the law allows. We cooperate with law enforcement and preserve relevant records when asked through proper legal channels. The way officials request those records is on the law enforcement page.

Report a concern

If you see something that violates this policy, use the report button on any profile or message, or email safety@linxocial.com. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.
